Darkflames1978 I suggest if you're using the analog stick to do your moves get used to the D-pad now, because analog sticks are tricky and can end up doing another move then the move you actually want to do, which actually messes up your timing and your combo. I just started playing D-pad yesterday for supergirl(my main) it takes a little time to get used to buy overtime you'll be doing your combos 10x more easier.

I can never do the grab out of the air, it seems like they're knocked too far away, or the grab comes out too slowly. Does it have to be 1 and 3? Or can LB/L1 be used instead?

smx productions its a universal button notation for fighting games since not everyone is going to have the same console. For PS4 and XBOX ONE, 1 is X/square, 2 is Y/triangle, 3 is A/X and 4 is B/circle. The button notations are in his description btw.

Thank you everyone for your help I understand it better now! One more question how do I land the 1+3 grab after the 2,2? It seems like I'm never close enough and I see him in the video do a little lung forward grab with the 1+3

Mrtaylormade231 With the 2, 2, 1+3 you have to double tap 2 fast and then initiate a grab with L1 or LB/1+3. Try practicing the "Feel my Wrath" combo since that is what the second is based on. You'll see Darkseid do a lunge in it too.

Is that last corner combo fucking PIXEL PRECISE? I've been practicing for 2 hours and have only gotten that J3 after 4 THREE times. If this is seriously a pixel precise combo, I'm dropping Darkseid. It's hard as shit to consistently do pixel precise combos especially in the middle of a real game.

DinamiteGamer Kevin 2 2 1+3 is the button combo for "Feel my Wrath" simply double tap 2 quickly and then press L1 or LB/ 1+3 for the grab.

That symbol means you do the button after the attack. For example, when meter burning the b+1, u+3 (you press the meter burn after the animation has started). I hope that helps :)
