the problem with darkseid is there are no low starters so just block high and jump his low laser and he is easy to beat.

DestructionGodBlack well i said i was going to main dr. fate but didnt because as a zoner he is way to simple to read and punish and he has no air projectile and nothing to deal with people jumping. so I now main Darkseid.

Nice man but I wouldn't give up on dr. fate. Thats the next character ima learn & I will say Darkseid is a good zoner but his normals suck. It's kinda rough using him at times especially when you're playing someone who can react to his teleport.

You can make it so all stat gains are nullified from the match menu, besides unless he's using some super epic level 4 gear that gives massive stats boosts (which I have yet to see), he probably wouldn't be getting that much extra damage from any gear at that level.

You didn't take into account that Darkseid is going more damage due to being level 5 while Bane is only level 1. Therefore, the attack will only be around 60 percent damage.

Your eye beam goes backward, hitting the opponent from behind. Ok after some research I got the answer. You have to change your abilities with gear. Voila!

Scar dropping in to see our Dark Lord Hro, check out insane Blood God Kotal Kahn: Crystal Totem (buff Kotal Kahn damage) Blood Sacrifice (cut yourself for buffing your 3 next attack that connects with hit or block) Parry (each succesful parry will buff Kotal Kahn in really short time, really hard to pull though) Sunlight (can heal Kotal Kahn and deal damage his opponent over time, hard to setup though) crystal + sacrifice + 7-8parries (only from Reptile) + sunlight and you can get a combo up to over 300% damage. Hell even an EX sun disc can oneshot anyone. but yeah (sacrifice + crystal) is good enough for a simple f2 f2 d2 (forward/\ forward/\ down/\) that can deal 50% damage without spending a meter. Kotal Kahn may not have fancy moves in his Blood variations (Sun is a grappler, War with his Carve Club) but man he makes almost everyone else look like a joke with his sheer power. Only tough part is getting zoned out like Kanye West.
