Firestorm's circle attack buffs him, depending on how full his heat meter is. Maximum heat turns his flames blue. Then, his attacks hit harder, deal burn damage and opponents have more air-time after attacks. Since the meter fills slowly, it can be charged manually (like charging your KI in classic DBZ games). Firestorm's real identity is Lumiere. He works at the Beast's castle as a comedy relief after he got turned into a candelabra.
