Black Canary is good for those players who like just going all in. For Cheetah, her overall aggression and speed make an excellent combo. My playstyle is speed and damage, so I like this character a lot. But anyway, she will dominate you in battle if you're not careful. For blue beetle, all of his abilities are nice and good, and the juggle combos... The juggle combos are insane with this character. For The Flash, his speed is the best out of the entire roster, which is obvious. In the right hands, he is essentially unbeatable. This monster is overwhelmingly powerful and can destroy you in a flash. If you find a level 30 flash, say your prayers and kiss your ass goodbye. For Captain Cold, he works best against fast opponents as his cold guns' abilities almost all slow them down. Being a guy who loves speed and damage, this guy is the bane of my existence. In the right hands, he can pull off some pretty sweet combos and that is what makes him a good character.

What the Flash meant, was in the comics, the Reverse Flash (Eobard Thawne) got his powers from putting on one of the Flash's suits that he found in a time capsule. Eobard Thawne then inverted the color of the suit (reversed the color) and called himself the Reverse Flash. Eobard only has the Flash's powers if he has the suit on.
