That Guy I mean, the two characters are somewhat similar either way -- the real change to the character for the tv show that made him like Batman is essentially how dark he is. But then again he openly killed for a good while, so he's different enough. This season's been pretty good so far too imo, idk, the show gets too much hate lol.

Donovan Santiago Yes they are obviously similar but the way they portray him in the show is not how oliver is in the comics. He has his serious moments but he's humorous, out going and a people person. He doesn't have to act. The difference between bruce and oliver in the comics is bruce acts as bruce wayne. The billionaire. Oliver on the other hand doesn't act he really is a fun i know im rich billionaire guy. He's also heart warming to the littlest things. Now you do have a valid argument. The interpretation is supposed to be serious. But Stephen amell is bland and can't even be good when he's quiet. The dude was even horrible as casey jones. I probably would save the fact if they had someone worth watching but nah. If that's your cup of tea then by all means enjoy the drink but i for one did not.
