Let's say people don't pre-order and buy it later or someone buys it for you or anything. You don't get the character. Also, its disk locked content just like Goro was for MKX. You don't get Darkside if you don't pre-order. So at any point you buy the game you don't get the code for buying the game so your missing a character. No including the 9 more for the extra $40. You want more of it that's $100, yes there is alot wrong with it.
