He actually did, Jinx was one of his love interests, I also think another love interest was that bee girl, I forgot her name, the one who could turn small like a bee and had two weapons that shot out a beam that she called her stingers. Also there was definitely some Raven and Robin chemistry, specially during the episodes when it was her b day and Slade came for her to summon her father.
