Sub-Zero is a Mortal Kombat guest character, with his moveset being similar to classic MK (since they nerfed his ice clones HARD). His attacks are of course ice based and he freezes his opponents for a short time, for an opportunity to attack.

Sub-Zero's circle attack is creating ice clones, which he can interact with. When his opponent touches an ice clones, he gets temporarily frozen. Sub-Zero is a guest character from Mortal Kombat and a member of the Lin Kuei clan. He's (most of the time) a rival of Scorpion, because he killed his predecessor.

Did you missing the unlockable abilities from this game?.

Out of curiosity, what does it mean by "Klone Smash: [down] + O (Playstation)/E (Xbox)"? Whenever I do that nothing different from his usual Ice Klone move appears to happen. Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe the range, speed or damage is different.
