Her Artemis buff alows her to do a lot more damage turning a 42% combo into a 72% percent combo

It unfortunately is and has been a sticking point for playing wonder woman since launch. Its a tough link. However to reassure you I can tell you its the kind of link that once you get it it will stay "got" in your muscle memory.
