I belong to OM some of my classmates belong to reserved categories. They scored almost 50 marks less than me in NEET 2024 Got selected in respective GMC' s . Although they belong to well settled families. I dont know what kind of reservation policy is this . All our future doctors would be from reserved ones and OM student' s hardwork will go in vain 😢.

We don't want to end the reservation we want end of undeserving category benefits as many of the category holding students are living a prosperous and so called high class life and many times far better than that of general ones .... We want and end of this giving unnecessary category benefits who don't deserve also before providing any certificate admin should check the ground reality of the aplyee and the generational system of this thing should end it should be for one generation use only As many of the people having really hardships aren't being benefited by this category system they should be provided with those benefits And this percentage should be minimised to almost 30-40% only not 70%

I m classs 11th medical student and a bright student , i scored second position in my class 10th just by self study and KZbin along managing my home chores their was not a single day in my life when i hve not cried for studying,i m pahadi belonging to poor family, I can't even describe my journey my hard work or my parents hardwork,i hve suffered sooo much , from mountains to 11th medical,from going to jungle to dreaming of becoming a doctor, I don't go to school ,no tution,no guidance,my family is not educated,i have nothing without trust upon almighty and hardwork ,i m just enrolled in pws batch working hard day and night..... And i m doing this is because of st ,i hve hope that i will get a seat,we will get a better life, otherwise i hve thought about suicide millions of times,when i was with kashmiri students they used to descriminate on the basis of caste and language even i was much more talented, sometimes i really think ,do i deserve all this or i m unlucky to born in pahadi people,not me but my heart cries 💔

i am also pahadi but i belong to chenab valley which despite having high mountains, tough terrain, and backwardness compared to pir panjal valley is kept out of scope of new reservation policy. Now I question why such kind of discrimination with some while not with others. Even the deserved ones in other cateories such as ST 1, SC, OBC are not reaping the benefits of reservation perhaps only economically well people are taking its benefits. Morever I have seen many underserved people taking benefits of EWS category too. So I support totally abolishing of reservation and keeping it at a level playing field for meritorious students.

Whenever you see your friends or anyone doing something wrong, you call them "Gujjar." Is this how you define equality? Is this what they deserve?? Having their name used as an abusive word? If, as you claim, they are so unappealing and insignificant, then why do people have an issue with their reservation?? Not 30 percent brother 60 percent vertical reservation and 40 percent horizontal reservation. 100 total posts 60 categories - 40 open merit Out of 40 seats 40% is horizontal reservation = 40/100×60 = 24 seats total for open merit. Out of these 24 some reserve some category candidates take seats from it so at the end only 20 percent seats are available for open merit.
