The over the top vocal inflections are the icing on the cake. Nobody wants to admit it but that's what it sounds like in their heads when they are reading comic books. Of course, I do a lot more voices, but I'm assuming you avoid doing dialogue to skirt around any copyright infringement issues.

While this story is probably one of the best DC ever published, the thing that crippled it is the same thing which was the reason it existed, the game, tying it to the game made for pretty silly moment like how superman is the luckiest man alive, and how a lot of batman allies died in pretty insulting ways, like dick, huntress, and others, but WOW, it's nothing like how batwoman was gone, she did a lot throughout the series, not being in the game was a giveaway that she'll die at some point, but I didn't expect it to be this way, I'm not a fan of her and I was insulted,and unlike the others she was never mourned, no one cares about her not in the story nor here in the comment section as well, she wasn't mentioned in the game and probably won't be mentioned in part 2, too bad.

Caonabban I know exactly what a dictator is. I just like this version of Supes. His always do right is boring to me. Humanity is self destructive and he put a stop to that. It gave his character a little more depth. I liked new 52 Supes too he had more emotion and was more down to earth than the norm. I'm loving rebirth though.

Caonabban exactly dude! Plus superman has abilities and powers beyond human comprehension, how ever much they try humanise him he is far from it. In his mind he has the power so why shouldn't he. If he wanted to he could destroy the planet and or atleast all life on it. Obeying some rules that make the world a better place and knowing this beast is watching over the world ain't a bad deal. People don't like to be ruled which I get 100% but it wouldn't have happened if humanity wasn't so destructive to itself. It's like he has the right idea but executed it poorly.

Caonabban I whole heartedly agree. Maybe it's because I'm ex military but I like the idea of keeping my enemies dead so they can't stab me in the back. I associate with the punisher for that reason. I mean flat out murder is nothing to take lightly but at least punisher doesn't keep the bad guys about to play another day. All in all I find marvel and DC a little to kid friendly these days, I know it's their demographic but I like more realistic results and flaws in Heros, just because they are meant to be the perfect human doesn't mean they can't make mistakes or snap. Like you said superman had every right to loose his shit when joker killed Lois, shit bat man and every one in attendance are lucky he didn't destroy them all. I prefer villains anyway.
