Eh, I have to agree with the judges on this pick. Realistically, not many people, unless they were already fans of his work, would willingly get that black and gray tattoo he did. That screwed him. Jon and his co-host Matt on their podcast also agree with the judges that the tattoo is just hard to look at. I get what he was going for, but he took it too far.

Yeah it kinda is. I’m not the one you want to ask about pain levels as I have a high pain tolerance. Like a 9 hour tattoo session and only had to take a bathroom and snack break tolerance. I get everyone takes pain differently. But you have to know what you sign up for when getting tatted.

@@mcrchickenluvr that’s what I mean. You know what you can handle. The longest I ever sat was 6 hours but that was per my artist. He took smoke breaks whenever but I never asked him to stop. He’s done over 30 hours of work on me.

That tattoo was in the season 4 semi finals, where the final 4 had to tattoo women’s breast, because those women survived breast cancer, and that woman loved the tattoo that Mattie did for her so much that she actually went back to him to do the other side like they had originally talked about.
