I 110% regret watching every second of that movie. I did not read the disclaimer before hand and let an ex talk me into watching it and I had nightmares of that movie for the longest time. And. As someone who’s been violated… that completely f**ked up my PTSD… it’s sickening that there are people truly entertained by that type of stuff.. I don’t like any horror honestly… maybe some psychology thrillers… but… that type is so repulsive..

Nope. Two doctors invented the chainsaw in 1780 to make the removal of pelvic bone easier and less time-consuming during childbirth. It was powered by a hand crank and looked like a modern-day kitchen knife with little teeth on a chain that wound in an oval. This procedure was what was done before c-sections. All babies had to come out vaginally. Before invention of the chainsaw it had to be manually done with a knife but took to long. After it was invented, the chainsaw was also used for other medical procedures like amputations.
