I have a hand held sewing machine. It does work on paper. But you will need to put sticky tape on the back as it doesn’t loop properly and comes unravelled!

I bought a handheld sewing machine to save space as well...it was HORRIBLE!! Chucked it in the trash and bought a mini tabletop sewing machine. Much better!

In the past when I subscribed it leaned note heavily scrapping/PL but it also had more art journaling than YT as there are more videos per month. I intend to join again in January, if you can swing the money you could try for a month!
