Hi Logan. Do you still own that Pilot Vanishing Point stripes fountain pen?

I’m new to fountain pens and inks. Can you tell me how you use your different currently inked pens? For example, do you use one color only in a certain planner or on a certain day, or every day in every journal? I just don’t see how I would use different inks throughout the week or month….. but I want to!

Absolutly! I should do a video on it! At first I had one pen and just used black ink. I then needed blue and red handy for editing writing. I then wanted a few different nib sizes more for journaling and letter writing purposes. Now my currently inked pens typically consist of 2 black inked pens for general writing, 1 with red ink and 1 with blue ink for editing or "highlighted notes." These are all for everyday writing. I keep a few pens with shimmer ink for note writing that I will also use for list writing (I like the shimmer inks for lists.) That is basically my currently inked uses. I'll have a few with additional favorite inks. All of the pens/inks get used in all of my different journals for the most part. Sometimes I have something that I only use Dark Matter ink or Bad Black Moccasin ink in.

@@curatedavalon I see, thank you! I don't write much at work but I do a ton in my planners and journals, and I like the look of mixing it up with different colors so I started wondering how others use the color palettes they put together! Yes, this would make a great video :)

This was nice. How do you like the Magico? I am trying to decide between that and Esterbrook Raven. Rachelle in Seattle

@@619to253 ooooo that is a tough choice! I am loving the Magico. It was something I had no intention of buying, tried it and had to have it! The Esterbrook Raven is slightly slimmer I believe, but very similar in finish look.
