Inking Embossing Folders Technique

Five years ago, dear Jackie, wow. Birch trees are still "in". You taught me most of what I now do with Stampin' Up!©, which I started in April of 2020. I'll try to CASE (E = edit, of course, as this embossing folder is probably long since retired). I'll probably use the Early Espresso Stampin' Write Marker for the grooves - or the same color ink - I LOVE Starry Sky! Thank you SO much for all you have taught me. I was new to stamping and it has changed my life. My spinal column is in a poor condition, so I'm always in pain (despite heavy pain meds). I'm on a disability "pension", have been since 2001 (and still miss my job, teaching English to teens with slightly special needs). Stamping, making cards, sending them: they gave my life meaning again. I can't thank you enough!

I kind of like it better the way it was, after it was just embossed (before the marker was applied). But it is still a neat effect. Wish I had seen this yesterday. I sent a white on white embossed sympathy card, with a white dove popped up on.it. This would have been so much better! Thanks for sharing, Jackie!

Hi Jackie, just saw this fab video it didnt work for me, i tried ut both ways embossed and debossed sides and both was a total mess. Very disappointed. I even tried takingbthe ink from the inkpad with a brayer still a mess!! X

I seen where a person could ink them up but was worried ink would stain it like it does the stamps.
