That was a great analogy! If a wheel requires a hand for it to turn/move/spin then surely something great and enormous such as the Earth and Moon is controlled/moved by One!!!

i cannot understand the story.. how can i achieve the faith of the old woman.
@savashzaynal65027 жыл бұрын
I can try brother but this is only my own thoughts. The old women was able to see Gods existence just by looking at a simple spinning wheel, it really does not take that much to see that nothing not even big bang can come to exist by itself and to create such a perfect combination of circumstance for humans and every creation to coexist, unless there is a God that triggered it and maintains it. Mean while we have scientists that are obsessively working to create and explanation to humans existence and what caused big bang BUT without God in the picture. Their standing point is, if God does not exist then how did humans come to exist, if God does not exist then where did the material in big bang come from and why did it explode. Everything for them is just one huge random incident after another, which is more possible than having a higher creator. Scientifically it is statistically possible that there is aliens in this huge universe but not for Gods existence :)

Savash Zaynal Very well put brother. I can explain again of Ozzoto didn't follow it. btw, Qura'n does indicate the existence of Aliens. Because Allah is the One who continues to create. listen to Shaykh Yaser Qadhi speak here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jKubcoSpo6urfdk

What did Fakhrud Din Al-Razi meant when he said that you should have faith of an old woman...?

I think That Because Doubts arises . People are then more curious to know about the right and truth of that Doubt or question . As answer comes after being faced by a question (same with doubts , the strong proofs comes after the rising doubts) . I think that the students were just like amazed by his(Imam Razi r.a. ) knowledge , that's why they were so fast into forming a conclusion for their teacher . And the Old lady was trying to teach them(the students) that Don't ever go for something blindly (obviously [maybe] she had believed that Imam has that much of knowledge , but she was trying to teach his students to become better than what they are right now) , make sure you know it perfectly in a balanced way . (I think) she said when like you have 50 powerful answers , its is obvious that you had 50 strong doubts too (in the past) . Then Imam Al-Razi (r.a.) said You should have the faith of that Old lady .(I think) What he meant by Faith was that you should get the meaning out of that what she just said to you , because she was here to teach you a good thing or to teach you that if doubts arises , go do time spending good and balanced research on it , before you come to you answer on that issue (because if strong doubts arises and you come to a good and positive answer for it , it strengthens your faith and beliefs much more) . Wallahu Alam . (May Allah Forgive me if I am wrong Ameen )

Shaykh Hamza Yusuf has a unique dilect. you have to listen to his voice for some reason. You can literally hear him smile when he speaks. it's so peaceful. So muting his voice would be removing one-third of his message :)
