PLEASE stop telling me this headcanon is completely destroyed because of season 4, because it is NOT. Only the parts about Nightmare Moon and the creation of the Elements have been disproven. Even then after the Elements were created they could have been placed in the tree by Clover and her friends. There is plenty more in this headcanon that still holds up. Thank you.

Agreed. I use this video and others to base my own ideas around, and you should all know that a headcanon is subject to change from the canon. If something is disproved it does not make the whole thing null. Just take out the parts that no longer fit and put in what we now know as canon, and remember that we will continue to learn more as the show continues. You shouldn't be hard on a headcanon if something becomes irrelevant, as the canon is always growing.

She's the oldest and tallest out of all of them. Luna and Cadence are about the same size, and their wings are almost identical in terms of structure. Twilight is the youngest and smallest alicorn, and her wings are also unique to her. It just depends on how grown the alicorn is

in my head celestia's and luna's parents names were queen galaxsia and king cosmos the were the rulers of equestria but their mother also controls the sun and the planets around the solar system but their dad was powerful than their mother and very powerful than the elements of harmony. he illuminates meteors from earth and also controls the eclipes of the moon and their family grew larger. although some of the selfish unicorns tried to destroy harmony in equestria they were not able to. their family was a tribe of natural alicorns. the lived so far from equestria. then when celestia and luna were sent to equestria to became the rulers when they are old enough and also lead the younger unicorns soon to be an alicorn but cadence is different she was the first pegasus to ever be an alicorn she was a crystal pony but her named after the crystal heart and her mother's named queen ruby and father king shining crystal. they were defeated by king sombra but cadence ran away to a forest and earth ponies from a village found her and adopted her for few years by the time she earned her cutie mark from giving everypony love and she was teleported to a strange place her she was adopted by celestia. and the story goes on and on. i'm so sorry if there is a spelling error and this is far as i can tell my backstory of celestia , luna and cadence. thank you so much for reading this i did my best.

I think because it was after Lauren left MLP so I think the people working on that episode at the time made so Flurry was the only natural born alicorn to make it interesting. My headcanon is pretty different than most of the ones I've seen. In my headcanon, many, many tens of thousands of years ago, there were four families of alicorns that controlled different aspects of the world and the universe. Slightly similar to your headcanon, Ink Rose, but it's not quite the same. I'll list the families from strongest to weakest. The Sing family controlled time, space, and the distant stars. The Dance family controlled the changing of seasons, weather, and the growth of plants. The Sun and Moon families had equal power, and controlled their namesakes. After a few thousands of years, the families decided to test their magic. They gathered at the central room, around the Life Crystal, a huge gem with the ability to enhance the power of spells cast around it. The Sing family poured their magic into the crystal, and the first unicorn was created, stepping out from the crystal. The Dance family cast their magic next, and out of the crystal stepped the first Earth pony. Finally, the Sun and Moon families combined their magic, and the first pegasus stepped out from the crystal. Their magic spent, the four families rested, recovering quickly after their powerful spells had used most of their strength. I'll spare the details of the Celestial War between the Sun and Moon families, aside from the rulers of the two warring families: Daydream Sun, and Nightmare Moon. The war was long and bloody, but finally peace was made by locking Daydream Sun within a set of golden armor, and Nightmare Moon within silver armor. Luna and Celestia are the descendants of a union between a Sun family alicorn with one from the Moon family. Their cutie marks in my headcanon are the crests of the Sun and Moon families. The four families eventually dwindled before disappearing. Only the Dance family remained aside from the descendants of the few alicorns that remained. The Dance family was ruled by a tyrant known as Hawk Dance. His daughter, Moth Dance (my alicorn OC) fled the kingdom, and she is the last of her family, as are Celestia and Luna. So, yeah. This is the abbreviated version.

pelipoika they didn't really debunked the headcanon with flurry heart. Lauren Faust specifically made it clear that Celestia and Luna were born Alicorns. The writers in season 6 are brand new writers that are not familiar with the actual source material and headcanon. That's kinda the big issue here.

This makes sense. I love the canon and everything you said but it’s wrong. When twilight sees the vision from the past in s4 she sees the banishment of nightmare moon take place. Celestia didn’t gain her colorful mane that night as we see in the show. She just banished Luna using the hidden elements. They did not have canterlot already because their old castle was still in tact. Celestia has it built after Lunas banishment. The show also does not mention anything about their parents or other chaos bringers besides discord. You should make a new video with the updated information

I have a question for you ink rose. so you know how princess luna and princess celestia have have like a wavy main? well I don't get why twilight doesn't have a wavy mane as well. but if you look back into twilights kingdom part 2 I think you can see when the other princesses such as celsestia, transfer there magic into twilight here, its all wavy and has sparkle in some places. after though, it stops. this is starting to make sense to me in 2 ways. number 1 is that after they gave twilight there magic celestias and luna's stopped being wavy. and that probably the reason why twilights tail and mane were wavy at the time! and number to. let's fit some cadence in here. or whatever her name is. so if you might know cadence was found alone either a unicorn or a Pegasus and then celestia adopted her as her niece I think. she also turned her into an alicorn. but she didn't have a wavy main. and also when she turned twilight into an alicorn she didn't have a wavy mian either. so I think I solved my own question but if not plz tell me. thanks!

Correcting the cannon 6 years later: Luna and Celestia were born of natural alicorn circumstances however twilight and cadence are immortal even though they are artificial. Cadence and twilight perfectly show the growth of an alicorn as cadence was once twilights size when she was a foal sitter and then grew. I presume this happens to twilight as well once she becomes an alicorn. We see that she now has flowing hair and Twilight is now the sam size as celestia as seen in the ending of mlp gen 4. I presume cadence is also celestias size now and possibly has flowing hair. I believe this shows that they are probably both immortal.

guys I have an theory about where the royal sisters lives started out:Remember the episoide where Twilight drinks a potion which makes here see the past. As you can see Celestia and Luna are about to defeat discord but I think that discords reign which means that tia and lulu were new to that place not yet called Equestria. As you can see or notice Celestia and Luna had bags which may be the signs that they actually travelled ( yes I know that it contained the elements of harmony [which is another sign that they were travelling and found the elements] but you dont know they might have travel stuff in there)but there is a question, how do they know discord and how does discord know them. Anyways, back to the theory. As said in this video Lauren Fraust said that they had parents which means that they might have served as a mentor as well to Tia and Lulu which their parents might have the power to change them into a alicorn hence there is our well-known princesses. Another theory is that I think that some transformations are caused by serious and various kinds of emotion. Maybe when their parents went missing their serious emotion ( is not sure which emotion ) might have caused them to evolve ( and no they are not pokémon lol :P). So thats my theory like if this made sense or anything and reply what you think
