September reaper has a minigun on his arm. The bullets on those things are massive, and can do serous damage. It’s very unlikely that it was him. All tho, he could have taken a pistol with him, but he’s a robot, so I seriously doubt it, but it’s still a possibility. Chances of it being him, who shot the guy, crash operated on, are on 1%

Actually there are some machine guns that can fire 9mm pistol ammo it’s very uncommon but for a robot like reaper to use wouldn’t make sense because there not that efficient in tearing up people and piercing armor

The 3 jobs listed in the medical field are not what Crash is. Note that the term used is "medical sergeant". This is a position on Special Operations Forces teams. With so much training need to become SF, most if not all are sergeants before making it to their designated SOF units. Inside of these units are different roles such as "weapons sergeant, intelligence sergeant, communications sergeant, medical sergeant, etc. This means they are have advanced training in that field or role. On top of all this, you can tell by his gear and clothing he served in some SOF role inside the ADF, A-SAS, or maybe a particular task force. Sorry for the long tangent but I just wanted to clarify.

The bullet crash pulls out of the thug is most probably a 9mm (assumption). While reaper uses a minigun, his bullet would obviously be a higher caliber. So the reaper and crash overlapping story line theory should be completely discarded.

I can understand the theory of reaper shooting up the casino, but personally I don’t think it was reaper who shot the dude in the cutscene. In the transmission from reaper, it’s prety evident he’s using his arm Gatling gun (don’t hate on me for calling it that, I don’t know much about the weapons and abilities in BO3). That Gatling gun would shoot at a much higher caliber than the bullet Crash pulled out of the dude. Now, maybe reaper had another gun, but that’s just my thoughts.
