Here’s my theory and I hope to hear everyone's opinion: I think Daniel Livingston (CIA Director) is the mole along with Hudson's fellow agents and/or his superiors. I know people say it’s Hudson but it’s not because Lots of people think Hudson is the mole but I don't believe he is the mole. Hudson has no motivation to be under Menendez's payroll. It's not like he’s having money problems, being a greedy materialistic bastard, or showing doubt in his country. If he were the mole, he would have left Woods to die in Angola and also not be tied to a chair in Panama. When Hudson shows a strong disbelieve in Kravchenko's revelations about CIA operatives under Menendez's payroll, some people think Hudson is trying to cover himself as the potential mole but I do not think that makes him the mole. Let's not forget that Menendez does not give a damn about Woods, Mason, and Hudson until Woods accidentally killed his sister. That's when Menendez finally starts his revenge on them by beginning with using CIA agents under his payroll to kidnap David Mason and also using them to betray Hudson and then forcing Hudson to betray Woods and Mason by relaying false information during the Invasion of Panama.

Jason Hudson could’ve possibly helped Raul Mendez 2 achieve some sort of benefit as it states he has the biggest drug cartel (indicates financial gain) of Nicaurauga. Here’s the biggest hint: David Mason stays with Hudson’s wife (Jenny) as stated in the start of the story meaning he knows the whereabouts of David, who else can tell menedez where David mason is? Others hints include: Him being defensive when kravchenko says “he has people in the cia” Him stopping frank woods from charging at Mendez as well as lying abt the body bag in time n fate, as well as him giving false orders in suffer with me. Nonetheless Hudson is a CIA agent that could possibly b the mole.
