I am new to billing, but I have been a PSR for years this was such a great webinar. It really put together why what I do on the front is so important to happen on the back end (billing). I am excited about this new journey, and I took so many notes...lol. I am considering taking you courses I saw online billing 101 bundle. I have one question after the classes will I be certified are do I have to test somewhere else?
