Inmotion v13 guesses and knowns: - Smarter BMS heard of (individual cell balancing - HOPING) - Integrated pressure monitoring on tyre (can be done today by BT cap if it fits) (hoping) - Tubeless tyre (hoping) - Higher aluminium quality rim (or titanium) (hoping) - Adjustable angle on pedals (hoping) + keeping height ajudstment (A must) - More speed (hoping) - More torque (hoping) - More range (hoping) - NOT more weight (hoping) - make it a race wheel - racing = LIGHT - Still 16"-LOVE :D (a MUST) - Integrated reflexes as per legal requirements (hoping) - Ship with choice of side / jump pads (velcro fastened for adjustability) - why order this on the side? - Transluscent shell (hoping) - both cool to see the inside + useful especially if You can see batteries and all REMOVE: - Skip the speakers (just adds weight and cables) - Skip the ring light (just adds cables and a slight power draw) - Shorten the handle so that the rubber flap takes the brim - not the handle :D - Make kick stand easily removable (for offroad) - Remove side pads and make sides flat I just realized - this also applies for other wheels :)

Love your videos and love that you have legal use of PLEV's. Here in the UK sadly they have set back on the promise of legalising ours in 2021 to 2023. That is 2 years worth of pollution from cars and 2 years worth of un regulated usage with no restrictions. I so wish our country would just legalise with Regulations and Rules to ride the roads that they have already made but ONLY for rentals! Such a sad cpuntry we live in lol.

Top vid bro, You just sold a bunch of E Wheels with that intro, Big up, Like I said before I remember when you started the channel, You put a top channel together that's for sure, This is my one two shop for information on electric transport I don't have to pay for lol, Fair play tho, I even recommended you to a few people for information, Just wish the cost of living wasn't so expensive coz I would be buying a lot of things you have reviewed if I was able to afford these things, Quality never comes cheap, An you can't cheap out if something goes that fast, Never cheap out on safety, Always safety first coz it sucks coming off, As far as I'm concerned some of the electric scooters or electric transport look unsafe, Like electric scooter with no suspension an small Wheels do not work, It's surprising how safer suspension makes a scooter safer, I never tried an E-Wheel, I do want try one out tho looks like skating without kicking just leaning, Will the prices on the E-Wheels drop with the more that comes out, The UK needs to embrace personal electric vehicles more as far as I'm concerned, I still get people moaning to me about my electric scooter, year an half later, After all electric personal vehicles is the future of travelling.....

Reading all the comments and peoples thoughts on the V12, I think it’s worth remembering that all the V12 reviews are being done on pre production wheels, which have known faults and weaknesses. I presume Inmotion wants these known, experienced riders to test the wheel out and give their expert feedback so that a lot of the issues can be addressed in the actual production versions…that no one has seen or tried as yet. For my part, I reserve judgement until I see the finished article, although I, like many here am not impressed with the wobbles that the V12 seems to demonstrate. There is no way a wheel designed to travel at speed should ever have stability issues..there would be no excuse for that..it is simply dangerous and an accident..or many accidents..waiting to happen.

Of all the Gotway wheels - the Nikola 100v was the only choice for me ... and I'm loving that wheel after just a few weeks of riding ... - An LCD open screen seems a bit silly if you can't see it in the daytime .. perhaps some sort of inward leaning rubber hooding around the sides may have helped shade the screen somewhat? Tape a cardboard square around the screen and see if that helps (could be a new product for all you cats with 3d printers). Where there is a problem there is a solution waiting. - Adjustable footplates a great idea ... (thanks Mickey) - Wonder about crash durability ? You'd think these companies could mount these wheels on an in-floor railing system of sorts ... (auto companies do it with crash test dummies) ... power up the wheel and remotely take it to cut-off speed and video the crash at cut-off ... that would be a huge selling point if the wheel stays together ... show me a wheel bouncing on asphalt at a 70km-80km cut off and stay together ... put that in your promotional video ... all the specs ain't worth much if the wheel flies apart at a 50km/30mph crash ... I'm sure we'll see crash vids from users (sadly) AFTER the wheel launches .. only then will we know it's durability. Thanks Adam

After seeing evX's videos on the inmotion v12, I really have to say - while I'd never buy a V12 - the improvements are visible. The inner workings look way better, esp. the motherboard. The adjustable pedal hangers are great and some features look good. Overall it still seems like an expensive toy considering the range, hill climbing capability and overall build quality. Also, I'd be interested in the braking time. Not sure if it was a preproduction model or not, but the braking was outright horrible. To the point if you ride it in stop and go traffic, on the street you might as well call it "breaking". (~3 second to brake. In real life that's you being a smear on the street)

Great and honest review! Can’t wait for European or American wheels to come to market, because there are too many strange design issues with the current EUC brands. Never understood the high power 16” wheels that are neither lighter or cheaper than the 18”. For me a 16” wheel is rather useless off-road and dangerous at high speeds on-road, because of all the small potholes and other obstacles that will be your doom on smaller diameter wheels. And what about taking some notes from the Sherman when it comes to light adjustment, roll bars, and a more functional and visible screen? Battery size is also disappointing, as it always is on Inmotion wheels. Kudos for quality and software safety features.

Ya it the first video by wrong way that I seem him have multiple wobbles and shakes. When he was talk about going 60 it looked like any min it was going to wobble out from under him or if small rock he gone. I say it's the top heavy just put to much weight on your legs. No torque was abit sad with the off road mode and all. With the heat sink stinking out in the wheel well. I can see it over heating win mud it there. Probably take more power away from you then to.

At 6:20, when the V12 refuses to climb and make the "disabling motor" sound: I wonder if the wheel thinks that the kickstand prevents the tire to rotate? I remember Liam from Inmotion mentioning they had to solve the case of a few mainboards burning that way with knobby tires. According to ECODRIFT, the motor itself is the same reference as the 16X so it could have loads of torque at 100V.
@samuelnew9533 жыл бұрын
It's the same motor but the motor windings are different so it has less torque and more speed
@supercurioTube3 жыл бұрын
@@samuelnew953 If the windings are different then it's not exactly the same motor, only the same rim. Could the safe max speed be raised from 50 to 70 from the higher voltage alone? I'm thinking about the speed increase between the C30 Gotway motors at both voltages. You might be right.
@samuelnew9533 жыл бұрын
@@supercurioTube The eco drift article you mentioned specifically says that the motor windings are different between the KS 16x and the V12. "The V12 has 22 cores and 3 turns and the 16X has 20 cores in 4 turns." (I don't speak Russian so that's the Google translated version)
