I did the super lazy drill while watching tv. I hit the light dome on the ceiling fan above me. I can confirm l hit it square and now I'm out of lazy mode picking up shattered pieces of a glass globe. Taking my new found confidence to the range right after a thorough clean up.

Just got off the range and I think you may have literally transformed and saved my golf game! I have been a mess off the tee for years slicing in the most terrible way and was nearly ready to just never hit a driver again. 220 yard fades or 200 yard hard slices were the norm. I was hitting 300 at the range. And nearly shed a tear watching the ball occasionally pull or hook. Haha. So beautiful. Thank you!!!!!

I can’t believe a 5 minute video has taught me everything I’ve been trying to learn for 30 years. I’ve watched hundreds (yes, hundreds) of hours of videos and never understood how the forearms were supposed to cross over one another after the downswing. I just did this exercise and my forearms are on fire. Watched myself in the mirror and I finally look like I’ve been playing golf my entire life.

I was hitting the ball way more straight and farther than I ever have. With 40 balls I didn't have one bad slice! Usually I might get one or two good hits with 40 balls but this time they were all pretty good and a bunch straight as an arrow! Thank you so much. Best slice fix video of all time!!!

Steve, been watching a long time. Everything just clicked on the simulator yesterday after watching this video. No more brutal slices or hooks, and I'm shot shaping as intended regularly for the first time. Can't wait to try it out on the course this week. A friend had given me advice regrip the driver by just twisting the club 45 degrees closed a few years ago, but he couldn't explain why it should work and it didn't work for me then probably due to swing path, so I moved on. When I saw this video last night, like 2 years of watching youtube and several books just clicked. I had a "I know kung-fu" moment lol. What a gift, thank you!

Excellent lesson! I keep my nose down and behind the ball through impact (giving a similar feeling to leaving the head back when skimming a rock off water). This allows a natural release of the wrist without manipulation. When I see a player begin their downswing with either a turning of the nose towards the target or a shift forward of the head, it typically leads to a slice. Great lesson coach!

I've found 3 solutions to get rid of my slice. 1 - I moved the ball back in my stance about 1 ball width at a time until the club impacts the ball in the square band of the radial. 2 - An X stiff shaft prevents the club head from torquing open at impact. ( for me ) 3 - As I tire in the last few holes - my body, hands and arms will rotate in front of the club. I focus on closing the club in front of my body - especially as I tire in the last few holes.

Used following at set up : Trail leg back Shoulder turned slightly away from target Strong grip Club handle up a tiny bit Tiny forward shaft lean Tee ball high Body tilt away from target Waggle club a good bit away from ball Takeaway smooth along the ground handle lower than club head Smooth swing with a relatively loose grip One Two ---- Follow through! Oh Yeah use a Draw Bias Driver - increase loft on Driver ! Of course I normally forget the above - leave Driver at home and use 3 Wood off the tee - always straight and almost same distance as Driver🫢!

It's crazy how you can try 100 different things and then "POW!", out of the blue have a fix. I could slice and hook like nobodies business, and this concept really did fix it for me in my FIRST USE. The course I went to today is I finally had a tru fix - almost from hole one -- and the fix stayed and worked! I will say that I used another video tip in conjunction with this one (kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3SkpX-tr7Spf5I) which added an extra element of the final position before the final swing. I have shown people how to stop a slice for decades. It really is simple, But I have never seen their slice stop yet. Reason... They simply will not stay with it. 10 minutes after you show them how to square up the clubface and get it closed down at impact they are right back to their old swing. I finally just gave it up as a waste of time. People miss short putts for the same reason. In most group events they just "give" short putts to people because they really can't make them anyway. Under the leather goes down to the blade after awhile. I had a guy scoop a 4 footer one day while he made me putt out from one foot. I thought to myself, "what an ass hole".
