Ciao! In my opinion this is the ultimate performance of this song. There is nothing to change or add to this performance and singing. It just would make it worse. It is just incredibly perfect. Every note, breath, gesture, movement, tone of her voice, not to mention her pitch perfect vocals, just perfection. She is one of The Artists i have to mention in my own music site @TTKingsman In my life, Lara is maybe the greatest, most perfect live vocalist and performer that i have seen. And she is wonderful and gorgeous even today, at almost 55 years old. 😎

Lara will open a vocal school in Italy in 2026. Do you know Lara not only speaks italian but also Ukrainian? There was an ukrainian girl named Yulia participating last month in The Voice Kids France, where Lara was a coach, and she selected Lara saying : “you are so famous in Ukraine, all singer contestants that sing your songs win the contests so I have to go with you".

Actually Caruso is the name of a famous opera singer from early 1900s that this song talks about I think the dialect is from Napoles as he was from there Great reaction, Lara's interpretation here is untouchable IMO As with the other songs you've reacted from her, all from the same concert, she was at the absolute peak at this time Another amazing one is Broken Vow which was written by her and it's very personal

Yes "te vojje bene assai" /ti voglio bene assai (i love you so much) in this case romantic love but in Italy we say "ti voglio bene" to a friend and "ti amo" to a partner. Actress Jessica Chastain husband is Italian and one time she says "ti amo" to her mother in law 😂😂😂 instead of "ti voglio bene". Sorry for my bad English

I've always enjoyed your reactions to videos. Because your reactions are genuine and not faked as we see from others on KZbin. Lara Fabian is so great on so many levels. Her professional singing ability says so much about her dedication to her craft but can be overlooked by her ability to convey such a high level of emotion in her interpretation of a song. If you want to see her, and her audience, display true love to each other. Watch "je t'aime" her Live Paris 2001 performance. Have Kleenex ready.

"Caruso is technically a word that derives from the sicilian dialect". No: Caruso is the name of a famous italian opera singer.
@s4bcАй бұрын
Carusu is also a word in Sicilian and means baby/young child. Most probably derived from the latin word Carus which means dear. There are different cognates of this word in many indo-european languages. The name Caruso should be derived from the Sicilian word Carusu.

@@s4bc I appreciate your etymological in-depth analysis, but I fear it was in vain and out of place. In fact, it is enough to point out that Caruso is the title of the song. And CarusU is different from CarusO. It's not difficult to understand...

Baci.
