From what I recall, the issue with the 2xM ViP packs was not only that the writing on the pack stated you could get 2 foil rares/mythics in both regular/borderless slots, one of WOTC's own Communication Managers stated that you could. It was as close to a false advertisement lawsuit as you could probably get. Also, I think the issue people had with the boxes was that you could take a hairdryer and heat the glue to where it would be soft and open it that way, which would make resealing them simple. I will say that I did very well in the box (equivalent) of regular 2xM I received for my UPC's I'd sent in, though! Surprised that there were 0 hits in the uncommon slots, but that is probably due to the mapping of the packs. Jealous of the Jace pull! and Happy Birthday!

Tbh I'm watch these videos to see products that are rarer, harder to find/unique so that usually tends to be the older vintage stuff but sometimes this stuff is interesting too! I'd definitely appreciate you keeping an eye out for vintage stuff and/or rare or weird products that aren't normally seen opened. My fav video on KZbin in this realm has got to be a guy who recently opened a fat pack from EACH original Ravnica set!!!!

I got 4 loose VIPs from Amazon way back when. Ended up with 2 FOW full art foil out of the 4 packs. I never worried about Amazon from then on.

For the price of three of these, you could get an entire booster box plus box topper of regular Double Masters. So that's 6 rares/mythics and 6 box toppers, or 50-52 rares/mythics and 2 box toppers. That's why I bought three regular boxes and none of these. Much better deal.

Booster boxes are 425-450. These were 100 each. But besides that.. its the gamble 😂

I opened a TON of VIPs and flipped the cards for a while (until prices plummeted). I ended up with like 80 something UPCs and wotc sent me that many 2xm packs. I think I ended up pulling 3 Force of Wills from those 2xm draft packs haha
