The most direct method I've ever encountered for accessing your true abilities. Buy it, read it, use it. Thank you, Tim Gallwey.

naturally is the key word...she's simply naturally imitating what she sees him doing...it isn't that hard to get the ball over the net even if you've never done it before...all the stuff you mentioned is just stuff she saw him doing and reproduced it except the backhand... With the backhand she's trying to imitate the forehand on the bh side i.e hitting the ball on the side of her body. Closed stance allows that much more naturally

I think “beautiful” is a perfect way to describe it as Molly said.

I personally feel cheated in life, I wanted to learn tenis but until I was 27 I didn’t have the time or money to learn. Finally I had it, went to see a teacher and he wanted me to do 6 months of cardio and gim before starting lessons. I was in perfect weight so his concern was I couldn’t run for as long as a game required. I hate exercises that are boring so I never got my tenis lesson. He didn’t understand I just wanted what this lady had, the opportunity to enjoy a game even if it was just with other novices. Competitive sports has reduced us to more limitations that we actually need. I am almost 50 now and definitely would try again if I find a smart teacher like him

Tennis coach are mostly repeaters of bullshit. Avoid them at all cost. Take no advices. Trust no-one. The level in tennis is really low because there is no money and also there is a lot of superstitions and thinkers.

Cool thing about tennis is it’s like basketball, get a racquet and hit the ball. You don’t need anyone to teach you just hit the ball.

Hello please play again there is a legend in tennis he never trained only played matches and when not playing singles he played doubles his name John McEnroe I'm 55 still playing it is hard finding a teacher but the best one is you. I tried to hard and never relaxed when I did I played better less is more more is less one tip I can give Roger and Rafa hold the raquet very lightly and look how good they are it's a great game and hope you do play again atb.

first off, this woman has definitely been playing for years. she pronates her wrist on her serve, her backhand she naturally hits from a closed stance, her forehand she naturally goes low to high.
