Ce genre de moment ou on dépense de l’énergie pour s'adapter/répondre/réagir à la situation et ou l'on prend avec nous sans s'en rendre compte un peux de ce qui ne nous appartient pas. Cette chanson est venue juste après ce nettoyage et elle m'a aidé à ouvrir mon cœur, j'ai beaucoup pleuré et ensuite une grannnnnd coeur blanc en face de moi que je pouvais voir dans mon esprit et toucher avec mes mains. Puis l'image d'enfants sur la terre, la planète, les animaux, un amour puissant de cette terre. MERCI BEAUCOUP Pour m'avoir permis de ponctuer et conclure ce moment d'auto-soin important. 🤍
