+Lewis Davis Totally agree with you! Their friendship is the one that evolved the most throughout all of the different arcs/seasons and is the most meaningful to me. Mars always seemed the most willing to sacrifice herself for Moon.

Redskybluecherry True. Even though they argued slot over stupid crap and also Serena always showing up at Rei's temple without warning like all the time they still really had a good friendship. Even though Serena sometimes cannot do slot as sailor moon she is always there to protect Rei when possible. And Rei does the same for Serena not cuz she has to but because she cares. (But in all truth it is her duty to protect Serena it is stated that protecting the princess is what she has to do).

+Lewis Davis It was made to be like that. Ikuhara (one of the directors for this show) is a big fan of yuri relationships, and tried to really develop Usagi and Rei's relationship a lot because of his fascination.

I didn't like how almost every season past Sailor Moon R, the Guardian Soldiers were treated like the weakest of the bunch. The outer Soldiers came during the S Arc, and they always boasted about how their powers were stronger, & how they had more experience than the guardian Soldiers. Then when Stars came along, it was implied that even the Starlights were stronger...But when Galaxia invaded their world, they ran like cowards. The guardian senshi protect their star & princess with their lives.

Okay- honestly, i believe only Japanese actresses can achieve that kind of power. I have yet to find an American voice actress to pull that much pain and sorrow and sound convincing. Now, I'm not sure about other dubs(French, Spanish, etc) but in a fight between Japanese vs. American...Japanese every time

@solidarity7 Sailor Moon was completely against fighting throughout all of the series. Notice how she transformed every villian back to normal, not destroyed them? She saw the good, even the tiniest bit, in everyone. She truly was the soldier of peace and love.

These last six eps r just too good. I mean talk about from worse to worse. the pricess dies. then the Inners. then Pluto and Saturn, then Uranus and Neptune, then Usagi andd only then in the last ep does everything have a happy ending. Taking a friend's life is I believe is worse than family because when you can never replace your family because they're always with you, but when you lose a friend, you would have to replace her with another person whom you never met before but still befriend and you would slowly forget everything about your friend and forget that they exist for you
