Yancy’s family lived around the corner from us in the early to mid 60s we attended Clubs Jr High together. He was always kind to everyone and had great vision for the future at a young age.

Yeah, the ordinance of banning skateboarding didn't go anywhere luckily. They were criticisized so heavily for that suggestion they pulled a 180 (lol) and have committed to funding a skatepark downtown now. They've raised 80% of the funds currently, or somewhere close to that.
