the part in the elevator about being personal....the unrated version is better...where he says, "It was all personal to me"...he empties the entire clip before leaving.

Instead of being like other commenters, I'll thank you for at least putting out some reactions to the episodes albeit brief ones. It's like to the highlights of each episode.

Brilliant reaction. Natalie you should definitely look into getting involved in the prevention of Trafficking. ( Fascinating discussions on it on YT channel Fight the New Drug ). Regarding Taken it is always interesting watching Americans react to this type of film. The idea of a lone man seeking revenge/justice and how they alone can do it with there unique skills is a template of US films for decades ever since 1950's and US culture since the West in 1800's. John Wayne ( Westerns ) Clint Eastwood ( Westerns and Police films ) Die Hard films John Wick The Equaliser Rambo The Punisher to name but a few. The British author Lee Child created a character " Jack Reacher" deliberately to play into the US cultural demand for this kind of character/revenge and ruthless outside of the law stories and made millions because of it. The US is a very Patriarchal and dare I say old testament founded country which seeks revenge at all costs in search of what it believes is justice. It is always Binary. Good verses Evil no nuance can be shown as to have it would cause what we see in Jens reaction to the wife being shot. Jen rightly feels this is wrong but Natalie sees it as ok....Collateral damage for the evils of the husband. Note that when he returns to the US there is no consequences for the death and destruction he has caused in Paris....he has got his daughter back at all costs and everything else is justified and has no repercussions or law enforced on him. Through out US film history the baddie will almost always be a foreigner. It makes it easy for US audiences to dislike them as they are not Americans hence in this film allowing a daughter to go to Europe is horrifying, but if this film was shot in say San Diego one of the US's high risk trafficking places as the place the two 17 years old go to it would be uncomfortable for a US audience to accept as it shines a light on themselves as a nation. Being scared of places and people who are not like you is easier to sell that this is about your own country. It breeds fear of strangers from foreign lands. US Films have gone from Native Americans/ Mexicans/ Russians/Brits/Chinese and this film French and Albanians as the baddies. It would be far too uncomfortable and less sellable if it was an American white man doing the kidnapping and trafficking yet it happens every day in the US. So engrained in US culture is this template it now shows up in SCI-FI and DC/MARVEL films etc. I really like this film, but it is a template film which is recycled over and over again. ( In a similar way that the US has characters who learn to be human such as Mork, ( Mork & Mindy ) Spock ( to an extent) Harry and the Henderson's, Alf, Third rock from the sun, Sheldon ( big Bang theory ) and young Sheldon. Not forgetting Data and Seven of Nine in the Star Trek series. Templates used over an over again. Great reaction by you both....when are you going to react to Monty Python's Life of Brian?

I’m law abiding. But I wonder what it would take for me to play vigilante. Because in reality, Liam’s face would be on CNN as all law enforcement in the region is conducting a manhunt for him. So if I cut loose, it won’t be like Taken, I’ll be labeled as a crazy guy going on a rampage. In other words, goodbye to my future

Apparently the digital artists that created the Scorpion King's final form towards he end of the movie did it on a very tight schedule and without much help in terms of resources. The Rock wasn't even around to provide them with reference shots.

8:10 (potential spoilers of LUCIFER FINAL SEASON - do not expand to avoid) the other element I feel they missed out on good jokes with was not having more interplay between deadpool and Negasonic Teenage Warhead. As after deadpool 2 wrapped, and before the original plans for 3 got delayed drastically by the plague - the actress played “Rory” in the final season of the series LUCIFER. could have led to quite a few witty quips and name calling incidents… For example referring to NTW as “demonspawn” or “spawn of Satan” or something like that Similar to referring to cable as thanos in DP2

This movie is what every father husband, brother and boyfriend fears and knows is a real thing and can’t happen. But the majority of western women think it is men trying to control them and spoil their fun. so ladies, if you read my remark, remember when a man is concerned about something and providing boundaries think of this situation. And you’ll know he’s not trying to control you, but he absolutely loves you.
