I have most definitely been crying my grandma died today and she raised me more than my parents did and no matter how many times my grandpa put me in jail on false charges she was the only one helping trying to do anything to get me out my grandma was my world and I didn't even get to talk to her for 3 weeks bc she was so sedated and her phone was always dead I didn't even get to tell her bye or nothing so I would like to send my love to her and everyone else at this time I love yall and appreciate this music to help heal my heart bc it really has been seeming to hurt for a while now and this has really been helping me focus on love for myself and others as well as forgiving all who seek to harm me or wrong me and know not what they for I am divinely protected by the angels of the 4 corners

Je me suis endormi au bout de 30 min .. je me suis réveiller brusquement 2 h après et le son de la meditation jouait encore .. j ai eu des sueurs comme si je sortait de la douche pourtand il fait très froid la nuit a la reunion en ce moment c est la 1ere fois que ça m arrive .. au petit matin je me sens plus légère que les jours précédent merci pour cette belle expérience
