There is no specific rule as of how you can or should listen to my music. Every person has different needs and reacts differently to music, frequency and sound. If you feel comfortable doing something while listening to this music, then do it! If you prefer to relax or meditate while listening, then go for it! Always listen carefully to your body, your heart and your spirit and pay close attention to the signs they give you. They will let you know if something is good for you or not. Can someone help me to understand? My sister does what she wants without feeling sorry for others. She wears my clothes without my permission. She doesn’t respect me or who I am. She has a total different view on life than I do. We used to be so close. I used to look up to her. Now I don’t even enjoy the time we spend together. I don’t care for what she had to say or her opinions. She has hurt me so many times that I’m almost numb to what she does. But she finds a way to hurt me, she can always find a way to do that. Yes she does a lot for me. She is hurting inside. She struggles in being a good person. That’s no excuse to treat me the way she does. Am I too cruel?
