I'm am so grateful that God and the Universe got me through all these things in my life that tried to break me, and test me, SO badly! People kept me from speaking my truth, and now I'm tired of pretending that everything is ok, because it wasn't ok before! I only said that at the time to get through, and because I was so afraid at the time to say anything that might make me seem weak or vulnerable! Now I'm grateful 4 all the things I've dealt with! I validate myself now! I don't sugarcoat things for people anymore who didn't sugarcoat things for me! I'm now not sugarcoating things 4 myself either, yet I do talk positively to myself! I'm learning to stop self-sabatoging myself too! It takes time, but I'm learning to give myself grace and credit! I'm proud of my scarrs because they made me who I really am! I only allow God to define me! I'm very sensitive to hurtful words! N I'm learning to know the difference between being mean, and being honest!

J'écoutais cette musique en lisabt mon livre sur la communication animal, aucun problèmes, j'adore ! Je me suis endormie toujours avrc le casque sur la tête... je ne sais si c'est la musique ou un hasard mais j'ai fait un cauchemar extrêmement fort, je dormais chez mes parents dans le même lit que ma soeur et elle avait peur d'un demon, au début je lui disait qu'il n'y avait rien mais après je sentais une grosse lourdeur dans le dos et puis je me suis mise à hurler mais avec une voix rauque, en hurlant je sentais que quelque chose sortait de moi bref jetais possédée, j'ai eu ça plusieurs fois et puis je suis descendu en courant voir mes parents, en pleure, en leur disant "c'est moi ? C'est moi qui vous parle ?" Tout en ayant cette fameuse voix rauque, le regard de mon père disait clairement non et il m'a dit de sortir dans le jardin mais pas dans la rue, je suis sortie dans la rue et je voulais prendre un tram mais les rue n'étaient pas normales, les trams aussi, puis je me suis réveillée en sursaut ! Est ce normal ? 😮
