This thing has MSEB, which in my opinion is BETTER than a normal EQ! Here's my MSEB settings for the Skullcandy Ink'd Plus. I used 3 songs to get this. One: ELO - Strange Magic Two: Arsonist - Respect The Unexpected Three: Dir en grey - Ugly One is an old 70s classic rock tune. Jeff Lynne really tended to bury the Cymbols in his mixes and I wanted to try and make them more highlighted. Two is a nice thumpy late 90s Hip Hop track with good drums and solid bass. Three is an old-school Japanese Metal track with a lot of thumpy kick drums, weird electronic noises and lots of Cymbol work going on courtesy of DeG's drummer Shinya. I managed to make all three of these tracks sound the way I want them to with the MSEB. Bar 1: Negative 12. Bar 2: Positive 8. Bar 3: Positive 12. Bar 4: Positive 12. Bar 5: Negative 8. Bar 6: Positive 12. Bar 7: Negative 14. Bar 8: Negative 8. Bar 9: Negative 12. Bar 10: Positive 12. Optimal Volume is 45. Gain is set to LOW. Digital Filter is set to Fast Filter, Phase Compensation.

Did you by chance order that SD card from EBay??? I bought two SD cards that are ~allegedly~ SanDisk brand, and both these SD cards corrupted and died in a matter of hours, and I was using my Hiby R3 Saber, a very good player. The cards still corrupted. This is because they were BOOTLEG (fake) SD cards. This is a thing. Buy your SD cards from an actual store.

I don't understand your question. You have to upload mp3 or wav music files into this device so you can play it in your car using the AUX cable.

Q: It doesn't turn on and the usb cable is fine, how can I fix it? I try to reset it but it doesn't work. A: I was told by them via email that there's a tiny hole on the bottom of the device where you can insert a pin head and press it in for a few seconds to do a reset. This action fixed it for me.

It's too bad nobody uses "mp3 players" anymore. They are sensible to have.... why rely EVERYTHING on a smartphone. Sony had (has) great walkman mp3 players. I like to separate a device that will provide for me uninterrupted music and streaming .... and the other device for calls/text (smartphone). This device looks to be very convenient and accessible.

Unfortunately -- totally not pleased with this device. The size and features are all fine. But i have tried playing music via BT -- sound quality is terrible on 3 different BT speakers/earbuds, same, very muffled. The sound is fine through the included audio cabled earbuds...BT forget it. I bought a Hiby R3 Pro Saber and the Bluetooth is pretty glitchy for it being a $200 device (that I got on EBay for $180). The BT mode drops out like crazy and I immediately went back to using Wired Earbuds and not BT connected Earbuds. It uses less battery power that way anyway, plus you can use an SD05 Mini Amp for more bass and more loudness than just the Earbuds by themselves. (my favorite Earbuds are Skullcandy Ink Plus).

@@Jay_Rule --- I actually haven't gotten the G1 yet. I have a Hiby R3 Saber and a Fiio M3K (the M3K has been discontinued and has jumped in price. I got my M3K for $45 a year ago, nowadays the eBay sellers want crazy prices for them). My Hiby R3 Saber was $180 and I like it a lot. I'm interested in the Innioasis G1 mainly because they put the Hiby Android App on it as the default audio player, which means it will have the same MSEB feature as my R3 Saber. I also currently have an old Motorola E5 Play that has a removable Plastic Backplate and user swappable Battery. I really would love it if the TimmKoo people and the Innioasis people would make devices that can be easily opened like the Motorola E5 Play, as this would combat "Planned Obsolescence." The main reason I got an E5 Play is because the back pops off with just your fingernail and you can access the battery.

@@Jay_Rule I got this too help me back up my Tv shows, movies and music which are mostly on Apple but didn’t want to spend $400 on an iPod touch. So I got this and the SD Card for under $100. I also do some Metal Vocal Cover’s both extreme and clean vocals and I do cartoon impressions from 60’s cartoons to some from early 2000’s so I thought this device would be good to back up all that stuff
