When I was younger I wrote to tc and got a lovely reply. This was when joe steel broke out of prison twice and gave himself up to highlight his innocence. I’m in no doubt these boys were “patsys” .fitted up by top Strathclyde police officers. Totally disgusting treatment for these guys and the Doyle family

I was at war with Tommy Campbell and the "enemies" since I was a teenager.. Time does heal old wounds. We bumped into each other outside a Lidl shop one day in the pissing rain waiting on a taxi..we had a nice chat shook hands and swapped numbers and promised to keep in touch. He passed away soon after. Big Tamby as well. Frank as well.

I'll never forget the day when i got remanded in bar-l and as an overspill for c-hall they put us in D-Hall until a cell became available in C-Hall.I was looking down to cell 32 on the bottom flat -D-1-32 and i hear the sound of loud bagpipes.With 2 screws outside the door this man with sunken eyes and a big long beard came to the cell just on the outside.He shouts up to me 'alright johnboy'.I think who are you ? John its Tommy.....I was on remand with Tommy and shadow and joe in september 84 and to see the change in this big well built smart man was very sad.I got down to have a wee talk to him and john Gallagher and ricky cooney.As i did a few hours later Tommy is talking to his mate and goes onto the phone (as you may know cat-A's werent allowed to use the phone.Why i dont know)The wee rookie screw tries to pull tommy off the phone so Tommy smashes the phone booth up.Im withdrawing from drugs but i steamed in and screws were getting hit with brushes over their heads etc.Big John -G quietens tommy down and walks him to his cell.A couple of hours later they take tommy to Aberdeen jail to which he got a hell of a doing from the teuchter screws and they tear his spleen.To be there when and befrore they were on trial and get to know them was great.But how they treated this big guy was terrible.Even the screws inside knew he was innocent asi heard them say it.RIP Big man

Hearing this just reminds me about how people say "Here in Scotland, we have one of the best legal systems in the world". The people who say it are the politicians and lawyers, judges and Police. The thing that amazes me is that the general public believe it when they have no direct experience of it. It's only when you go up against the system that you find out that it's a cesspit of evil. The public think that the system is genuinely based on "innocent until proven guilty" but what they don't know is that "proof" is not what you think. "Proof" is what TC is saying - 'a witness' says he seen/heard something that didn't even happen. That, unbelievably, counts as proof and the accused is "proven to be" guilty. The entire system is laughable but many people make a good living from it. You even have a totally absurd situations in court that would never happen in real life. You have a procurator fiscal who tells you "I put it to you, that you did indeed assault the Police officer" and the fact was you were there at the scene and you didn't do it while the cowardly little PF WASN'T there and he's telling you that you did something that didn't even happen!! Then they all go off to their nice homes and perpetuate the myth that they are doing an honest days work. The only justice will be in the final reckoning when they all burn in hell for their evil because their pompous attitudes and standing will do nothing for them.
@JI7NKJ3 жыл бұрын
I agree, been there myself on a couple of occasions, even plead guilty when I was innocent as it was all circumstantial evidence and a few lying witnesses against me just to lessen the sentence, that's why the reduced sentence for an early plea is used to back the innocent into a corner, they need results and unfortunately the results ruin innocent peoples lives, just a nasty business all round.

tavy@ I read tc's book 'indictment trial by fire' and a felt like crying reading what that man whent through in peterhead prison alone. They TRIED to kill him just becouse he tried to prove he was innocent. That was good to watch there. But try and read his book 'trial by fire' it tells so much more. At times i had to put the book down becouse i felt so bad and sorry to what these monsters in jail did to that man all for something he didnt do. A true old school hard man who was respected and still is. I couldnt believe it when the polis said to his face "we know you didnt do it but yer not playing the game tc" while they knew who really did it. In a way that makes them as bad as them that did it. Its the most saddest and cruel misscarraige of justice scotland has ever seen. Sentenced to life, and the prosecution didnt have any forensic evidence, no dna, no eye witnesses who saw them in that street at that time, nothing. Except a serail perjurer who was a criminal charged with attempted murder, armend robberry and loads of other stuff. Who was given bail 4 TIMES and said not to be a danger lol not. And all charges dropped for a made up story he heard tc and others say he heard talking about the fire! Then 9 years later he swore on an avidavid and signed it that he made it all up. For a start he wouldnt be a reiliable witness and allowed to give evidence becouse hes a serial perjurer. A lier!!!! With criminal convictions for the most serouse crimes! The system is corrupt and rotten to the core, it always has been with corrupt peado goverment with interests in young boys and every one knows it!!!!!!! R.I.P tommy, your hell has ended!!!!

Tavy@ WHAT a true hard man! For what he sufferd in peterhead prison alone. The screws TRIED to kill him and nearly did, the booted and jumpend all over him for at least 10 long minutes and did it lots of time kicking him withing an inch of his life. Then all those hunger strikes till he couldnt walk and they still batterd him. For 18 years or more, most men would have gave up and just accepted it. But not tc, he WAS a fighter and then some. Its becouse the prison system cant be botherd with lifers trying to prove there innocent so they make life as hard as they can for them. When a read tc's book 'trial by fire' and the actual trial itself a was shocked, sickend and angry that a trial like this jailed these men for life despite no evidence, forensic, dna, eye witnesses that saw them in that street, nothing! Except a verbal from a serial perjurer, armend robber, it made me realise that the police were jailing them or any one even without evidence, or any real evidence that would stand up in court. Aye av lost faith in the system. Not that i had any to start with, but this was takeing it to another level, just jailing any1 for life just to make a show that they did there job and the goverments peados would be happy. Even Donald Findlay qc for joe steele said after the trial "Not Even God Would Have Got Out Of That One" meaning it was a set up from the start to finish. A show for the public!!!!
