I have been using an inversion table for 20 years now and at this point I don't feel much if any head pressure that so many people complain about. Inversion along with core exercises has changed my life. I don't think I would be mobile today without it. Great video.

I like how you demonstrated how to use it, other videos everyone act like they’re afraid to get on it while they talk about it. I just got one for free and really excited to try it as I have been needing back relief for quite some time now.

It takes up about half the floor space folded up- hope that helps!

I wish you would show how to fold it up and lock it. I can’t figure it out. That’s why I was watching as well.

@@keithrg1i pull the pin out and put it back in another hole, I think. Like he said-about half. I think mine goes totally flat without pin, but won't stand by itself.

Very good work on the video! A+ ... I see you have the same issue with the plastic wrap that I did. You would think with all the brain power that went into manufacturing this great product, they would have worked that problem out. I don't think they would include that picture from your video (or my home) of the finished product and the torn plastic remnants on their website.

If you unscrew the bolts you can pull the film past than rescrew the bolts back in

@@jillspurgeon6681 Hi, I sure did that, and thanks for the reply ... I would appreciate a manufacturer designing the packaging for quick and easy removal. They pay people good money to create and design this stuff ... .

Inversion tables are great for the hip and lower back area. They are not great and are contraindicated for the neck region. Free hanging totally upside down results in your full body weight stacking your weight on your neck vertebrae, like 200 pounds of weight Compressing your neck bones.
@garryacuesta99012 жыл бұрын
Nope, you're only strap in both ankles, your whole body including your neck are almost in free hanging if not for the back and headrest, it's relaxing on whole neck cervical. I have this Innova ITX9600 Inversion table.
@OJesusX32 жыл бұрын
The inversion table shouldn't compress our neck if we're tilted far back enough. Usually about 30°-45° degrees, at about half minute or so, followed by a short break, is enough to get our spine to decompress and allow time to recover. They aren't expensive here in the US, and they do work really well. It takes about an hour to set up by yourself, and less if the weather is nice. 👍 Compared to most anything else, spine decompression belts, flexing exercises, holding yourself up with your hands, practicing climbing, using calisthenic rings, or a rod or walking stick to push yourself up, an inversion table is one of the best ways to put decompression on our spines. Just give yourself time to rest and recover and you'll be golden. 🌎✨👍
