I live in Wisconsin no swing care here and right now I don’t have good enough insurance , so don’t have the money for fibromyalgia care. I take 2,200 mg a day of gabapentin and 3 muscle relaxers a day as needed… praise the Lord for prayers answer Jesus helps me … definitely walking helps being in the Sun ☀️ breathing techniques when pain is so bad. The cold is the worst for me. The light at the end of the tunnel is Heaven where I get a new body one day 🎊😇🥰 …. Listening to hymns and psalms help me … being around comforting loved ones help tremendously. Staying fit helps less pain. Also my heating pad helps warm water therapy helps and temporary relief professional massages .

So much of the focus is on pain management. I would love to know how to get rid of the flu-like, debilitating fatigue. That is what holds me back from working and enjoying life.

This sounds perfect for how my pain conditions are showing up. First have chronic headaches steming around the occipital nerves and higher c-spine since 2008. Then 2017- fibro body pains etc. I wonder if this stimulator would adress my fibro body pains and headaches.

Hi I live in Chicago, IL and I have fibromyalgia and I go to the pain clinic at the University of Chicago for my pain. My pain doctor has put a spinal cord stimulater in my back to help my pain. I am in pain everyday all day. Is there some way you all could help me?

Nice to know, but not readily available.. I'm long COVID,.. any studies in connection w fibro? Any opinions on ear device to stimulate vagus nerve, tu. I'm in chronic pain, see 11 Drs who treat 11 body parts... Im overstimulated sym. Nerve, all the time🙏❤️
