Does this unit have to be installed in a centrally located spot? I have a 1200 sq foot finished basement and the wall by the unfinished laundry area is perfect spot for install ( I have power, drain as well as access to back of unit from there) however this wall is located in the back corner of the entire basement.

dont waste your money its horrible I cant get the humidity under 58%
