As an organic permaculture advocate for over 30 years, I am so happy to see that conventional farming is finally embracing the principles we have been preaching for years! Still a good ways to go, but definitely on the right track. Thanks for the great webinar!

I recommend reading ‘Soil Inoculation for Legumes’ by William Albrecht. It provides the specifics of introducing bacteria into the soil.

the Richters have shown that using a cover crop reduced herbicide applications and provided a significant feed for cattle while still leaving a large amount of residue. they've shown a profit on cover crop in between other rotations and having unknown dollar valuation of increased soil health and improved pastures elsewhere while the cattle were grazing on the cover crop. The produced income is as the feed for the cattle. The increased health of the soil is not calculated.

here is your education that is non-government in nature: It is paid, not "payed". Cover crops and no till are already saving people money, and in the case of grazing cover crops, producing income in the same season they are produced.

Reducing herbicide use? There's one problem, eliminating herbicides will improve diversity immediately.

This is such a dry presentation. 😴 no wonder common farmers and public haven't adopted this. Hopefully you guys have better presenters etc when trying to apply this in the field.

If you think it's dry then you don't care about the source material. He speaks clearly and without hesitation and "uhhhh's". I found it very easy to listen to despite the audio a little compressed. It is 13 years old.
