While the shape is the same, the pumping lip glow is pretty much just plastic, while the normal ones has hair.

Um... though i'm not completely sure, do take note that they'll probably come off if you eat or drink, so if you wanna keep it on for a long time, you shouldn't eat or drink anything, if not, you'll have to give it a retouch.
