Not sure, you can easily test any filter using a petri dish. If contamination shows on a couple dishes when opened infront of flow hood you better find something better

why not just inoculate all of the with a needle in the begining?

Usually use spawn for making mushroom blocks. Quick colonization is key to successful mushroom business
