I am deeply disturbed by the kind of law that is used to pass judgement in our Kenyan courts. Is it the judges,prosecutors or the law that is the problem? the sentence most of the times don't fit the crime...…. the evidence used to convict people is sometimes too weak. Judges lawyers and prosecutors should be liable with maximum fines prisons sentences for this level of incompetence . The court administrations along with the judge, prosecuters and police investigators ought to be removed from their tasks and prosecuted like any individual for not taking time to do a deep and responsible investigation to protect the integrity of the judicial system in kenya. What concrete evidence was presented to condemn this men. From where I am standing the evidence here is suspect.
