Refusals To Test and the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

We seem to see more and more refusals to test lately and mostly it's collection site refusal. In other words, the drivers goes for a drug or alcohol test, but leaves the collection facility before the test is completed. What you should know is that a refusal to test is to be treated like a positive test and it needs to be reported to FMCSA Clearinghouse.
