I love electric vehicles, often times 2.5-3.5x more efficient than heat engines, and I love things like this that push them to their limit and push improvement and refinement. I'm not an expert but I think having motors on the front wheels, possibly hub motors since they don't have to be as powerful, would be a great addition. Hub motors could move at different speeds, so slip wouldn't have to be an issue, and it could allow for much more effective and responsive traction control, without adding as much weight or inefficiency of transmission devices, although I'm not sure there are many g hardened motors at that large of a scale.
