INSANE 13KG (28.6lb) HAINANESE CURRY RICE CHALLENGE ft

In this video, I teamed up with with Taiwan's best eater, Xiaohui, to devour a 13kg plate of mouth-watering Hainanese curry rice! This feast will test their mettle against Singapore's unique local dish which is deeply loved by many. Dive right in with us into this colossal plate that carries over 7kg of fluffy white rice, succulent braised pork belly, crispy fried chicken cutlet, delicious braised cabbage and tempting fried shrimps capped off with delightful fried eggs.

just a tip for the subtitles, the pure white text can be hard to read at times, and the placement as close to the bottom of the screen as possible makes it inconvenient to move your eyes back and forth between the text and the subject matter

Curry rice must have lots of curry to wet it, dry not nice at all. So the way to do it is that the stall must first heap the curry over the rice bef piling the meat, cabbage, ubi prawns over it. There was one Hainanese curry rice stall at Redhill mkt, which I loved patronising. But too bad sometime after the circuit breaker the uncle had surgery and the aunty had to look after him and they then closed their stall. Miss it forever.
