Our team beat it with double sprout 8bit. Thankfully we were the first so we only had ourselves in the matchmaking. Even easier is the comb Bo double sprout. You dont even have to attack ANYTHING. But my personal favourite and the easiest possible strat is Jacky, Colt and Ruffs. Colt breaks a bit of the giant wall but not whole throug it. Ruffs throws his super at the "dead end" so 8bit can walk into it. And the last thing does Jacky: Rebuilding the walls outside, so 8bit is completely surrounded by the walls and the bots cant EVER get inside. It is also good because you can play in a 3person team so you dont have to face yourself in the matchmaking!

The problem I'm having with this gamemode is that my team mates collect the coins as soon as it spawns. The coin is basically like a respawn + super. The coin can come in clutch and there's a limited amount and they spawn far from each other. I feel the right time to collect the coin is when 8bit is shut down or low on health. Early on collecting the coins when 8 bit shuts down is a better strategy. Later on save the coins for when 8 bit is low on health. Other than that I really enjoy this gamemode! No major flaws just bad randoms.

The coins don't spawn during match. You start with all of the coins which will exist at all on the map right away. Had one time I lost because a Mortis ran out and grabbed all coins immediately. Had my only other loss with a Max on team who refused to go after coins at all, so I slow walked out with Nita, never got my super charged, and eventually we were overwhelmed after 8bit was chipped down too far.

Althought this game mode was quite hard compared to the rest of the special events, it was quite fun. Ima abuse this strat to get lvl 16, just need to find friends

Wow. You know there should be a zombie bot mode where all you're supposed to do is survive. No safes or 8bit but pure zombie hordes. The map should be larger and there should be structures with power cubes and there could be a whoever survives the hordes last gets throphies. That would be a fun friendly battle if implemented

There's an even easier exploit that utilizes Jacky's 2nd gadget. (ok idk if it's easier, but it allows you to play in a full team) Team Comp: Colt, Jacky, Ruffs Have colt destroy some walls, ruffs puts his super inside the destroyed area to lure 8bit, then Jacky rebuilds the walls, trapping 8bit and preventing bots from reaching him. The two things to note are that 8bit will shut down before ruffs gets his super, requiring you to get a coin, and you do need to defeat the boss robot since it can destroy walls. You could also use a wall breaker, jacky and ruffs You could break the wall and ruff put a treat in a broken walls cause 8bit goes it it for some reason even if he cant even pick it up? and then jacky rebuild the wall and trap 8bit all you have to do is to stop the boss bot from breaking the walls

New strat for Last stand (not for insane 16) Rosa with grow light gadget put it on top of 8-bit when he shuts down. An 8-bit player for turret and a Pam for healing. This strategy basically removes the threat of sniper bots if you stay in the bush! Used to to beat insane level! Also don’t collect coins or it will ruin the set up. 8-bit is too much of a liability. And if you do it right you won’t need the coins!

I really don’t see what’s so good about this new mode, 8-bit just goes wherever he wants and dies incredibly quickly. It didn’t have the fun feel that big game, boss fight or robo rumble do. A huge missed opportunity was not turning Takedown into a PvE mode and revamping it completely.
