Hello Deejus! Finally my first game on your channel!! Such an honor! Here are some of my perspective of the game. 1. The sami pick was a mistake. I love playing sami, however, I wanted to pick drake, as this is a high income map plus global damage is easy to play(I learnt this from the best 😁) I was waiting for my opponent to lock on before picking drake and I totally forgot to check the time. By the time I realized, it was too late. I just got to play with what I have. 2. Day 14, I made the first move, hoping that the med tank could maybe get off some values and at the same time, getting that corner property. Was it worth it? definitely not. 3. Day 16, my bottom side got obliterated. I HAVE to make a move on top side, and the only way to reach the arti is to use COP so my AA could one shot the infantry on road because of the 10% def boost. Sami vehicle sucks 🥲 4. Day 17, I should have backed off and only pressure the comm tower. I went in and prayed that there is no neotank around. My heart sank when I saw the replay, Huge blunder. 70k+ Value were lost. At this point, I mentally told myself I would probably lost this round. If my SCOP does nothing to him, I would have to resigned. Luckily, the slight income lead made me stayed in this game. tigris told me he was too stressed and exhaunted from playing fog. I admit that I was lucky to get away this round. I started my journey of AWBW from your videos, you inspired me to play AWBW competitively. Thank you so much for reviewing my game. 😁

Sami vs Kindle is an uncommon matchup, good to see how shadower plays around Sami's weaknesses in fog

If you'd love to see another high level Sami in the fog, I'd recommend one of the round 5 games of Smacky 1. Bonus points: it's on a never before seen map that's incredibly wacky. It doesn't matter which game you pick, they're all Sami.

I realize not a single person cares but YT has finally started showing me your videos again Deejus (I accidentally clicked "do not show" like a year ago, and there is no way to undo it, but apparently it wears off after like a year) You'd always figure Sami would be great in fog doing guerilla tactics and whatnot but in reality not so much.

There is a way. You can delete your NOT interested choices, and it shows you all the videos from the channels you put under don't show and not interested.

One of the most interesting games in a while! I thought the game was done after the first Sami super and Sami was lost, but it felt to me like tigris played kinda scared of not overextending and just kept his units centralized too much, because of who they were playing. Maybe they would have won the position if they got an unknown player, but who knows. Shadower on the other hand seemed to have entered this game more gameplan focused and really commited to a lot of things the whole game, and despite a lot of their plans not working it was still enough to pull the win. One side just wanted to adjust to what happened turn by turn and the other one just went all in most of the time while trying to do it in the smartest way possible. Fascinating stuff

I don't know if I like recon spam against sami. I'd rather build more tanks and copters to kill her vehicles. With only infantry even sami can't just push forward.

The problem with Sami is that her march and d2d sacrifices power... to build up power. Aside from gimmicky HQ caps and last turn property mass caps, she just flounders around. Minus firepower vehicles all day long means she gets less favourable battles, which experience players correctly deduces that Sami needs to be defensive. But the longer the game goes on before the first march, the more force the enemy builds up, and the weaker Sami vehicles means at one point she gets overpowered easily by a deathball. But even if you know this, how are you to push and defend properties with weaker vehicles? And shown in this match, after Shadow pull a 10k money difference with the march, Sami... still has no power. The money needs to build up, the units need to get to the frontline, while the enemy occupies the side that is not marched upon, and have terrain advantage. AND SAMI STILL HAVE WEAKER VEHICLES. And as shown in this match too, the reason Tigris lost is because he does not capitalize on this advantage and let Shadow builds up to the heart's contend. Even on fog with no info whether you are winning or not, if he just deployed more recons and see the empty battlefield, he would have been not passive. Overall great casting deejuz, match was fun to watch.
