I'm American but I live in Spain and went to Melilla (which is a Spanish city on the Aftrican continent) for work. Randomly from my hotel a Tropius spawned from Morrocco, which was lucky because one of the beaches I visited is on the border. It was the only one that spawned my whole trip so really happy to have it! And ironically, I'm lacking so many USA regionals like Carnivine and Maractus

Cresselia is the one which should be used, but if you dont have cresselia than use hypno. You don't have hypno so you can use cresselia
