Duel pricing is common in the US. Vegas has a price for locals and a higher price for non locals even on the Blue Man show. In Florida Disney has duel pricing as well.

I'm fine with Farang pricing, since it actually goes to supporting Thai tourist industries. I have researched how Chinese tourist companies are killing Thai tourist venues with their predatory methods of getting Chinese to visit Thailand, but only directing them to Chinese owned and operated businesses in Thailand.Edit: even thinking about it further, the Farang pricing is still so much better for what you get when compared to places like the US or Europe, I can't wait to go to Thailand again.

Agree but when you go to places like Khao Yao or even Koh Samet and you see a bunch of young military guy collecting wads of cash from tourists squeezed in on the back of a D Max I doubt it. The older military guys sit in an AC “office” and get handed the cash. I doubt very much this cash gets filtered through to where you “ think” it goes. I sat and watched this happen from the Funky Monkey on Koh Samet and the cash flying in was as fast as the young lads could collect it - pre COVID of course.

While living in Jackson Hole, we had local pricing vs tourist. The local discount got you cheaper rates at fast food and no cover charge at the most famous bar.

4:30 Sherp. You drive it like a tank, two joysticks, one for each side. It is amphibious and you can control the amount of air in the tires whenever you want. Not very fast but Very capable on so many different terrains.

Chad when you travel state to state(look at my KZbin videos, I live on the road) there is always such a thing as resident and NON resident pricing, from day use camping fees to OHV(stickers that give me the right to ride my dirtbikes on public land) usually at least twice the price of a resident. When I was in Bangkok, Thailand and we were at the mall parking lot I was astounded to see not only a designated Handicap parking area, but a designated super car parking area. All of these non-manufactured in Thailand cars have added value taxes of 100% added to them along with the prices being much higher, Mustangs are very expensive and are considered Supercars!

I really enjoyed Nong Nooch when I was there and the "car Gardens " were spectacular . An important aspect , the temperature outside was about 40 degrees , but the car gardens are perfectly air conditioned , WOW , what a relief !
