The original launch of Regera had it promised a full EV mode with quick 0-100 kph and some regular driving range. When Rimac offered a 50kg lighter half sized battery, that feature was sadly scratched. I hope Gemera will be a very quick EV when it needs to be. Lighter and 80% as powerful as Plaid albeit with a longer gear...it might almost match it in a 1/4 mile?

You could dig a channel down into the concrete at the entrance to the wash room, and install a drain at the bottom of the channel. Then cover the channel with perforated iron grating. That will reduce the amount of water you have coming off the wash toom floor into the entrance way.

Regarding charging while driving.. because of the climate "thing", new engines and the alternators are programed to not charge before they see a significant load. This is to make engines more environmentally friendly.. :)

The Porsches are sat on axle stands that are not appropriately shaped for the jacking points of Porsches. It can result in the denting of the jacking points.

Mr JWW,. I've been so impressed with your sunglasses. I wanted something to use for a Hawaii trip so I purchased the ESTORIL. Not sure if they were intended for girls. So, I wanted to give it a go. But when I go them yesterday they were unbalanced. One arm was tweaked so that they sat on the face crooked. Any hoo waiting for a support but love your content and views on cars. Back in the 70s my inclenjad a MH dealer ship in New York and I use to play driver in those jaguars and MG cars and my dad would run me out and he worked on Narbara Striesand dad's cars and other stars Rolls Royce and Bentleys and other cars and it was mostly European cars I enjoyed my days growing up with all of my family members amd my dad had so many different motorcar even Jaguar xj6 cats and a 1970 Mercury Cyclone and he worked for Chrysler and the different chrysler in the heyday

Well my lowly 981 Boxster S caught a huge stone on the interstate and cracked of course, but here in the U.S. the gubment mandates glass deductible waiver on car insurance so my windshield was $1,000 plus a couple hours labor but cost me nothing, but tipping the guy who put it in. BTW gas is $3.04 a U.S. gallon here as well, and my yearly taxes/registration on the Porsche are only $330 in South Carolina. Even if I was rich I’d never buy a McLaren just because they are infamous tailholes to their customers and of course the repair bills, and they’re not anywhere near as reliable or durable as a Porsche.
